北京问天揽月科技有限公司（以下简称“我们”）提供 LiteLink。本政策说明您使用 LiteLink 连接、配置和管理兼容设备时，我们如何处理个人信息，以及您如何管理这些信息。个人信息不包括无法复原识别个人的匿名化信息。

1. 信息的收集与用途

设备连接与管理：当您添加和连接设备时，我们处理二维码内容、设备名称、型号、设备标识、蓝牙标识（如 Android 支持的 MAC 地址或 Apple 平台 UUID）、连接状态及必要的验证信息，用于识别设备、验证访问权限和执行管理指令。蓝牙或附近设备权限用于扫描和连接兼容设备。部分旧版 Android 系统将蓝牙扫描与定位权限关联；这不代表通过蓝牙扫描跟踪您的位置。

相机：当您打开扫码添加设备功能时，我们申请相机权限以识别设备二维码。扫码功能使用识别结果添加设备，不提供相册上传或照片分享功能。拒绝相机权限会影响扫码添加。

设备配网：您选择的 Wi-Fi 名称和输入的密码用于向设备配置网络连接；设备返回的网络状态用于显示配网结果。设备访问密码、令牌、密钥等用于验证您对设备的操作权限，请勿向无关人员披露。

设备联系人：您查看、添加或编辑的姓名、电话号码及设备支持的关系等字段用于管理设备可通讯联系人，并通过设备支持的连接方式同步。此功能管理的是设备中的联系人，不读取手机系统通讯录。请仅提供您有权处理的他人信息。

设备位置：在“查找设备”中，LiteLink 从设备相关服务读取设备上报的坐标、精度范围、地址和更新时间，并可能缓存最近的位置以便在网络异常时显示。设备位置可能反映佩戴者或使用者的行踪，属于需要特别保护的信息。请仅查看您拥有或获授权管理的设备，并向设备使用者说明位置功能、取得必要授权。设备位置受上报时间和网络状态影响，不保证实时或精确。

手机位置（可选）：进入“查找设备”页面时，App 可申请使用期间的定位权限，用于在支持的地图上显示您当前所在位置的蓝点，方便对照设备位置。拒绝授权仍可查看设备上报的位置。LiteLink 不申请手机“始终定位”权限，不提供手机后台持续位置跟踪功能。定位属于敏感个人信息，系统授权由您另行决定；同意本政策不会自动授予该权限。

本地记录与运行信息：App 保存设备列表、显示偏好、必要的访问凭证、位置缓存，用于后续连接和恢复界面。网络请求及故障排查可能涉及 IP 地址、设备与应用版本、请求结果、错误和连接日志。我们按提供服务及维护安全稳定的必要范围处理，不将可识别个人的设备信息或日志笼统视为匿名数据。

2. 第三方服务与组件

地图提供方取决于平台、发行版本和配置，并非每个版本都使用以下全部服务。展示地图可能向相应提供方传递地图视野坐标、网络请求及必要的设备或应用信息；启用手机蓝点时还涉及经您授权的位置。您选择外部导航后，目标设备坐标将传给您打开的地图服务，其后续处理适用该服务的规则。

App 使用 flutter_blue_plus 调用系统蓝牙能力、mobile_scanner 识别二维码、geolocator 调用系统定位能力，以及本地偏好和安全存储组件保存配置与凭证。它们用于上述具体功能；我们不会因集成组件而将其全部潜在能力作为实际收集范围。

设备远程服务及基础设施服务商会按所需功能处理设备标识、验证信息、操作请求和返回数据。我们要求受托方按约定目的和必要范围处理信息并采取适当保护措施。除您授权、履行服务所必需或法律规定的情形外，我们不会任意向第三方提供您的个人信息，也不出售您的个人信息。

3. 存储与保护

本地设置、缓存与凭证保存在手机的应用存储或系统安全存储中；设备配置和联系人还可能保存在设备及其连接的服务中。服务端数据只保留提供相应功能、安全保障和法定义务所需的期间；目的完成后依法删除或匿名化。删除本机设备卡片或卸载 App 不等于删除设备或服务端的全部数据。

地图或您连接的远程服务可能位于不同国家或地区；具体处理地点取决于所选服务和部署。涉及依法需要额外告知、单独同意或其他跨境保护措施的处理时，我们会按适用要求办理。本政策不将一般同意视为对所有跨境处理的概括授权。

我们采用适当的访问控制、凭证保护和安全管理措施，减少信息丢失、滥用和未经授权访问的风险。互联网及设备系统无法保证绝对安全；发生信息安全事件时，我们将采取调查、补救和依法通知等措施。

4. 您的选择与权利

您可以在手机系统设置中管理蓝牙、相机和定位权限。拒绝或撤回某项权限会影响依赖该权限的功能，但不会使此前基于有效授权的处理失效。您可以在 App 中管理设备列表、编辑或删除设备支持的联系人；在“设置”中随时查看本政策和用户协议。

如需查阅、复制、更正、删除个人信息，撤回对相关处理的同意，或无法通过现有界面完成操作，请发送邮件至 legal@haivivi.com，并注明 LiteLink。我们会进行必要的身份或设备管理权限核验，避免向无权人员披露或删除数据。LiteLink 当前以设备连接和访问凭证提供管理功能，本政策不承诺尚不存在的手机号账户注册或账户注销入口。设备端及远程服务的数据删除可通过上述邮箱申请。

我们通常在十五个工作日内答复，并在适用法律要求的期限内处理；如需更多核验信息或延期，会说明原因。您也可向有管辖权的监管机关反映问题。

5. 未成年人

未成年人应在监护人同意和指导下使用本产品。涉及不满十四周岁儿童的个人信息，请由监护人阅读本政策并提供所需同意。管理他人佩戴的设备时，请尊重其隐私和合法权益，不得利用位置功能进行未经授权的监视。如发现未经所需监护人同意处理儿童信息，请联系我们处理。

6. 政策更新

我们会随功能和处理规则变化更新本政策，标明日期。涉及依法需要重新取得同意的重要变更时，我们将另行告知并取得所需同意。您可在设置中查看更新后的正文。

欢迎使用 LiteLink。本协议由您与北京问天揽月科技有限公司（以下简称“我们”）就 LiteLink 软件及相关设备管理服务订立。请阅读本协议和隐私政策后决定是否同意。

1. 服务范围

LiteLink 用于发现、连接和管理兼容设备，包括扫码添加、蓝牙连接、设备网络配置、设备信息与状态查看、设备支持的联系人管理及位置展示等。可用功能取决于设备型号、固件、平台、网络及您具有的操作权限；具体以实际提供的功能为准。本软件所需手机、设备和网络由您自行准备，运营商可能收取网络费用。

2. 使用许可与更新

我们授予您个人、非独占、不可转让的软件使用许可，用于依法使用本产品。请从官方指定渠道获取软件，妥善安装安全更新。软件及服务可能随兼容性、安全或运营需要调整；对影响您权益的重要变更，我们将以适当方式通知。收费服务如有提供，将另行说明价格和条件，不因同意本协议自动产生购买。

3. 设备管理与安全

您应仅添加、连接、配置和查看自己拥有或获授权管理的设备。请保护设备访问密码、二维码中的凭证、令牌和密钥，避免无关人员取得设备管理权限。转让、丢失或停止使用设备时，请及时移除访问权限、清理或重置设备中的相关数据；仅移除手机内的设备卡片不一定解除其他终端访问或删除设备端数据。

添加联系人或管理设备使用者的信息前，请确保已取得必要授权。请勿绕过验证、冒用身份、访问他人设备、收集他人信息、实施未经授权的位置监视、干扰网络或利用软件从事违法侵权活动。

4. 位置与导航

设备标记显示的是设备相关服务返回的位置；手机蓝点显示的是在系统授权后获得的手机位置。二者来源不同。设备坐标、地址、精度范围和更新时间可能有误差、延迟或缺失，不保证设备在线或位置实时更新。

位置展示、播放声音及外部地图导航用于辅助查找，不能替代紧急救援、监护职责或现场判断。遇到紧急情况，请及时联系当地紧急服务。使用导航时请遵守交通规则和现场指示。

5. 隐私与权限

个人信息的处理方式详见 LiteLink 隐私政策。您对本协议的同意不等于授予所有系统权限；蓝牙、相机和可选手机定位按相应功能申请。您可以通过系统设置调整授权。设备联系人管理不要求读取手机通讯录。

6. 第三方服务

地图、外部导航和您连接的远程服务可能由第三方提供，并受其服务规则约束。我们会说明相关入口或用途。第三方服务的可用性和结果可能受其自身运营和网络条件影响；我们依法承担自身应承担的责任。

7. 知识产权

LiteLink 的商标、界面和我们开发的软件内容等权益归我们或相应权利人所有。第三方及开源组件的权利和使用条件遵循各自许可，本协议不限制适用开源许可明确授予您的权利。您提供的信息不因使用本软件而转移其原有合法权利。未经许可，不得侵犯软件及他人内容的知识产权。

8. 服务中断与责任

我们会合理维护服务的安全和稳定，但设备电量、蓝牙范围、网络中断、系统故障、维护升级等可能影响功能。发现问题时请停止可能导致损失的操作并联系我们。双方依适用法律和各自过错承担责任；本协议不排除或限制法律不得排除或限制的责任，也不减损消费者的法定权利。

为处理安全风险或违法使用，我们可依法采取必要的限制措施；在可行和适当时说明原因并提供联系渠道。服务停止时，个人信息按隐私政策和适用法律处理。

9. 未成年人

未满十八周岁或不具备完全民事行为能力的用户，应由监护人共同阅读本协议并在其同意、指导下使用。监护人应合理管理设备与位置功能，保护设备使用者及联系人的隐私。

10. 协议变更与争议

重要变更将通过 App 内的协议页面或其他适当方式告知；需要重新同意时会提供选择。本协议适用中华人民共和国大陆地区法律，但不剥夺您居住地适用强制性法律赋予的保护。争议应先协商处理，协商不成可向依法具有管辖权的法院提起诉讼。

LiteLink is provided by Beijing Wentian Lanyue Technology Co., Ltd. (北京问天揽月科技有限公司, “we”). This policy explains how information is processed when you connect, configure and manage compatible devices, and how to exercise your choices. Personal information does not include irreversibly anonymized information.

1. Information and purposes

Device connection and management: We process scanned QR code contents, device names, models, identifiers, Bluetooth identifiers (such as supported Android MAC addresses or Apple UUIDs), connection status and necessary authentication information to identify devices, verify access and perform requested operations. Bluetooth or Nearby Devices permission enables discovery and connection. Some older Android versions associate Bluetooth scanning with location permission; this does not mean Bluetooth scanning is used to track your location.

Camera: Opening the device scanning feature requests camera access to recognize device QR codes. The scan result is used to add the device. This feature does not provide photo uploads or photo sharing. Refusing camera access prevents QR scanning.

Network setup: The Wi-Fi name you select and password you enter are used to configure the device's network. Network status returned by the device is used to display setup results. Device passwords, tokens and keys verify your authority to operate the device; keep these confidential.

Device contacts: Names, phone numbers and other supported fields you view or edit are used to manage the device's communication contacts and synchronized over supported connections. These are device contacts, not your phone's system address book. Only provide information you are authorized to manage.

Device location: Find Device retrieves device-reported coordinates, accuracy, address and update time from the associated service. The most recent location may be cached for display during network failures. Device location can reveal the whereabouts of its wearer or user and requires special protection. Only locate devices you own or are authorized to manage; inform their users and obtain necessary authorization. Location may be delayed or inaccurate.

Optional phone location: On entering Find Device, LiteLink may request location access while in use to display your own position as a blue dot on supported maps. You can refuse and still view the device-reported location. LiteLink does not request Always location access or provide continuous background phone tracking. Location is sensitive information; permission is a separate system choice, not automatically granted by accepting this policy.

Local records and operation: The app stores your device list, display preferences, necessary access credentials, location cache. Network operation and troubleshooting may involve IP addresses, device and app versions, request results, errors and connection logs. Identifiable logs and device information are not treated as anonymous merely because they are technical data.

2. Third-party services and components

Map providers depend on platform, distribution and configuration; not every version uses every provider below. Map display may send viewport coordinates, network requests and necessary device or app information to the selected provider. Enabling your blue dot also involves authorized location data. Opening external navigation passes the destination device coordinates to the selected map service, whose subsequent processing follows its own rules.

It may process device model, operating system and app information, network status, IP addresses and map requests needed for the selected map product and configuration. LiteLink uses flutter_blue_plus for system Bluetooth access, mobile_scanner for QR recognition, geolocator for system location access, and preferences and secure storage components for local settings and credentials. Integrating a component does not mean all of its potential data collection capabilities are used.

Remote device services and infrastructure providers process device identifiers, authentication information, operation requests and responses as needed to provide the requested functions. We require processors acting on our behalf to use necessary information for agreed purposes with appropriate protections. We do not sell personal information or arbitrarily provide it to others outside your authorization, necessary service delivery or lawful requirements.

3. Storage and protection

Settings, caches and credentials are stored in app storage or system secure storage on your phone. Device configuration and contacts may also be stored on the device and connected services. Server information is retained for the period necessary for the relevant service, security and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized as required. Removing a local device card or uninstalling the app does not delete all device or server information.

Maps and remote services you connect to may operate in different countries or regions; processing locations depend on the selected service and deployment. Where additional notice, separate consent or international transfer safeguards are required, we will follow applicable requirements. General acceptance of this policy is not blanket authorization for every international transfer.

We use appropriate access controls, credential protection and security procedures to reduce loss, misuse and unauthorized access. No network or device system is completely secure. We will investigate incidents, take remedial steps and provide legally required notices.

4. Your choices and rights

Manage Bluetooth, camera and location permissions in your phone's settings. Refusing or withdrawing a permission affects the functions that depend on it, without invalidating earlier lawful processing. Manage device cards and supported device contacts in the app. Both this policy and the Terms remain available in Settings.

To request access, copies, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent or help with an unavailable operation, email legal@haivivi.com and identify LiteLink. We may verify your identity or authority to manage the relevant device before disclosing or deleting information. LiteLink currently provides management through device connections and access credentials; this policy does not promise a phone-number account registration or account deletion screen that does not exist. Requests concerning device or remote-service data can be made through the same email.

We generally reply within fifteen working days and handle requests within applicable legal deadlines, explaining any need for additional verification or time. You may also contact the competent supervisory authority. Additional rights provided by applicable law remain available.

5. Minors

Minors should use the product with guardian consent and guidance. A guardian should review this policy and provide required consent for processing information about children under fourteen. Respect the privacy of anyone using a device you manage; do not use location features for unauthorized surveillance. Contact us if children's information has been processed without required guardian consent.

6. Changes

We update this policy as functions and processing change and identify the date. Where material changes require renewed consent under applicable law, we will provide additional notice and obtain the required consent. Updated documents remain available in Settings.

These Terms are between you and Beijing Wentian Lanyue Technology Co., Ltd. (北京问天揽月科技有限公司, “we”) for LiteLink software and related device management services. Read these Terms and our Privacy Policy before deciding whether to agree.

1. Services

LiteLink discovers, connects to and manages compatible devices, including QR onboarding, Bluetooth connections, network setup, device information and status, supported device contacts and location display. Availability depends on device model, firmware, platform, network and your access rights. You supply the phone, compatible equipment and connectivity; carrier charges may apply.

2. License and updates

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software lawfully. Obtain it from official channels and install appropriate security updates. Features may change for compatibility, security or operational reasons; important changes affecting your rights will be communicated appropriately. Any paid offering will separately explain its price and conditions. Accepting these Terms does not itself make a purchase.

3. Device management and security

Only add, connect, configure or locate devices you own or are authorized to manage. Protect passwords, credentials in QR codes, tokens and keys. When transferring, losing or retiring a device, revoke access and clear or reset relevant information as appropriate. Removing a device card on one phone may not revoke access from other clients or erase device data.

Obtain necessary authority before adding contacts or managing information about device users. Do not bypass authentication, impersonate others, access other people's devices, collect their information, conduct unauthorized location surveillance, disrupt networks or use the software unlawfully.

4. Location and navigation

The device marker displays location returned by the associated device service; the phone's blue dot uses phone location after system authorization. These are different sources. Coordinates, addresses, accuracy and timestamps may be inaccurate, delayed or unavailable and do not guarantee that a device is online or reporting in real time.

Location display, sound playback and external navigation assist in finding a device. They do not replace emergency assistance, a guardian's responsibilities or judgment on site. Contact local emergency services when needed and follow traffic rules and actual conditions when navigating.

5. Privacy and permissions

Our Privacy Policy explains personal information processing. Agreement to these Terms does not grant all system permissions. Bluetooth, camera and optional phone location are requested for relevant functions and can be managed in system settings. Device contact management does not require reading your phone's address book.

6. Third-party services

Maps, external navigation and connected remote services may be provided by third parties under their terms. We identify the relevant entry points or purposes. Their availability and results may depend on their operation and network conditions. We remain responsible for our own obligations under applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

Our software, branding and interface content belong to us or the relevant rights holders. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses; these Terms do not limit rights expressly granted by applicable open-source licenses. Your existing lawful rights in information you provide do not transfer merely through use of LiteLink. Respect the intellectual property of the software and others.

8. Interruptions and responsibility

We take reasonable steps to maintain secure, stable services. Battery levels, Bluetooth range, connectivity, system faults and maintenance may affect functions. Stop operations likely to cause loss and contact us if problems arise. Responsibility is determined by applicable law and each party's fault. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or reduces mandatory consumer rights.

We may take necessary lawful measures to address security risks or unlawful use, explaining reasons and providing a contact channel where practicable and appropriate. On termination, personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

9. Minors

Users under eighteen or lacking full legal capacity should review these Terms with a guardian and use the service with their consent and guidance. Guardians should manage device and location features responsibly and protect device users' and contacts' privacy.

10. Changes and disputes

Important changes will be communicated through the app's documents or other appropriate means, with a choice when renewed agreement is required. These Terms are governed by the laws of mainland China without depriving you of mandatory protections applicable in your place of residence. Please first seek an amicable resolution; unresolved disputes may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
